2026 is just about gone. Amazing how time flies when you’re doing something you love. That’s exactly what has happened to me. I started off with just one class and 6 ladies who had no idea, what loom knitting was. I expanded to two classes then three. Some days the classes are full, somedays only one person shows up. I have had very happy experiences and some very sad experiences too. People have had to stop classes because of illness, moving out of the area and a couple passed away. I feel blessed to share my love of Loom Knitting with so many people. It’s a great way to keep myself busy, while helping others do the same. I will continue to teach with in the Senior Apartment Community. It gives both of us a reason to get up, get dressed and work on a project for a couple of hours. I never get tired of seeing peoples smiling faces when they finish making a beanie, scarf or other items. Loom Knitting Beanies and selling them was one of my original plans, but it has evolved into something else. I just wanted to stay busy in my retirement years. LOL! mission accomplished!
